Best Practice in Engineering Design

Our in-house engineers hold every product to the highest of standards and compliance requirements. For design integrity, the structural analysis program STAAD assists in the design of exhaust system support structures, while a thermo-mechanical analysis of gas turbine exhaust systems is performed using ANSYS. Special attention is also paid to critical components like acoustic baffle supports, to ensure survival under the high cyclic loading and thermal growth stresses seen in all exhaust environments. In-house CFD and 3D modeling and finite element analysis is used to ensure all design limits for pressure drop, local velocity limits in critical silencer sections, temperature and flow profiles, and mandated non-cyclonic flow requirements are met.
