PROJECT DESCRIPTION

550 MW simple cycle natural gas power plant, converting to combined cycle within 2 years of initial start-up.

SCOPE OF WORK

Design, manufacture, supply and installation assistance for two complete exhaust systems; elbow convertible to combined-cycle operation, vertical primary transition, vertical silencer duct, custom-designed silencing, vertical secondary transition, 150 ft circular stack, ladders and platform, personnel protection, jib with a hoist at top of stack and stack top obstruction lighting. 

ACOUSTICAL REQUIREMENTS

PWL < 100 dBA (with 90 degree directivity) per stack
85 dBA at 3 feet, 5 feet above grade
